No, and nobody can. We have no relationship with Upwork and no ability to influence a ranking, a suspension, a dispute or a Job Success Score. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something that does not exist.
Usually within two working days. If it is taking longer it is because the queue is long, not because the message was missed.
