What we collect
- Your review answers. The seven multiple-choice answers you give in the free review, stored with the score they produced so your report can be rebuilt when you open its link.
- Your Upwork profile link, if you give one. It is stored so a person can read it. It is never fetched automatically and no request is ever made to it.
- Your email address, if you unlock a report, subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form.
- What you write in the contact form, which is emailed to us and stored with your submission.
- Your IP address, used to rate-limit the forms so they cannot be abused, and stored with a submission.
- Aggregate page analytics through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
What we do not collect
- Anything from your Upwork account. We have no access to it and no way to get any.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There are none on this site.
- Payment details. Nothing is sold through this site.
Who it goes to
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share the list. Three processors handle data on our behalf and only for that purpose: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the database rows, and Resend delivers the email. None of them use it for anything else.
How long it is kept
Review answers and leads are kept while they are useful for replying to you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Deleting it
Write to hello@upworkpartner.com and ask, and we will delete everything associated with your email address and confirm when it is gone. You do not need to give a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
